1. Who can participate in the PioneerWest Referral Program?
The Program is open to individuals located in eligible U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

2. Which states are eligible for participation?
Participants must reside in one of the following states or the District of Columbia:
Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maryland, Kansas, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Tennessee, West Virginia, Iowa, Louisiana, Kentucky, North Dakota, South Dakota, Indiana, Arkansas, Arizona, Alabama, New York, Washington, Oregon, South Carolina, Montana, Nevada, Illinois, Hawaii, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, California, Alaska, and the District of Columbia.
3. How do I submit a referral?
Submit your referral through our official online form [insert link], providing the name and contact information of the association you are referring. You must submit the referral before the prospective client contacts PioneerWest.
4. What associations are eligible for referral?
We accept referrals for homeowners associations (HOAs), condominium owners associations (COAs), and property owners associations (POAs) nationwide.
5. How much can I earn from a successful referral?
If your referral signs a 12-month full-service management agreement with PioneerWest, you can unlock a total reward package of up to $1,500:

$500 cash reward to you (the referring party)

$500 bill credit to the newly signed association

$500 bill credit to your current association (if it is managed by PioneerWest)

If you are not associated with a PioneerWest-managed community, the total rewards package will be $1,000 ($500 cash for you and $500 for the referred association).
6. When will I receive my cash reward?
Cash rewards will be issued within 45 business days after the referred association successfully signs a 12-month management agreement and completes onboarding.
7. How are rewards issued?
Cash rewards are issued via check or electronic funds transfer (EFT), depending on your preference.
Bill credits are applied directly to future association invoices.
8. What happens if someone else refers the same association?
Only the first person to submit a qualified referral for a specific association is eligible for rewards. Submissions are timestamped and verified by PioneerWest.
9. Will I receive tax documents for my reward?
Yes. If you receive $600 USD or more in cumulative cash rewards from PioneerWest in a calendar year, you will be issued an IRS Form 1099-NEC for tax reporting purposes.
10. What if I am not part of an association managed by PioneerWest?
You are still eligible to refer and receive the $500 cash reward.
However, the additional $500 bill credit to your own association will not apply, reducing the total rewards package to $1,000.
11. Can I refer more than one association?
Yes! There is no limit to how many qualified referrals you can submit. Each successful referral can unlock a new reward.
12. Can PioneerWest use my name, photo, or likeness for promotional purposes?
By participating, you consent to PioneerWest’s right to use your name, image, and likeness for marketing or promotional purposes. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance if your image or likeness is selected for use.
Certain states may require additional written consent.
13. What if there’s a dispute about a referral?
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Blaine County, Idaho, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14. Can PioneerWest modify or cancel the Referral Program?
Yes. PioneerWest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice.
